What if someone is asking his Twitter content not to be published on another website?
If a copyright owner is contacting you or Tweetag asking to be removed from the publications, we will follow the procedure to delete its content in a expidious time. Our copyright agent will follow the cases and take all measures to remove its content.
Who owns the content put into the system?
Tweetag brings you a solution to gather and publish content coming out of Twitter's and other third parties' API. Tweetag cannot be held liable for any damages. All data, photographs, messages, graphics, comments, text, tags, or other materials ("Content"), are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. The Content is owned by the person who published it. However, as stated in Twitter's terms "(Users) retain their rights to any Content they submit, post or display on or through the Services (Twitter). By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, they grant Twitter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed)."
